Magician One Man Show

Sometimes there are special occasions or events where there are a select number of guests planned to attend. There is a show that bridges the gap between close-up magic and stage magic. It's a bit like a stage act but on a smaller scale. This type of show is what some people would call a parlour magic show, stand-up magic show or even platform magic.

Dorian is able to perform an exclusive stand-up magic show that is suitable in most situations to entertain a single small to medium group of people (bellow 30 guests).

The show lasts approximately 40 minutes. There is no padding or chaff, just a solid, entertaining, quality performance of close-up magic and demonstrations of mind reading. The show is very interactive and the audience is very much involved in the act.

This stand-up magic act is suitable for almost any environment and situation. Whether the guests are seated around a single table or gathered in a group standing or sitting.

There are a few ways in which this type of show works:

1. When there is a SINGLE TABLE OF DINNERS there are two main options:

Option A:
Dorian can entertain the table in between courses, approx 10 minutes after starter, 10 minutes after main course and then 20 minutes after desert. The act can be divided between more or (less courses) required.
Option B:
The complete after dinner show. Performed in total after desert (typically during coffee).

2. When there is a GROUP OF PEOPLE gathered:

The show runs approximately 40 minutes straight through from start to finish. This type of show is very well suited to entertain a casual grouping of people – e.g. office party. (It does not matter whether the guests are seated or standing).
